After purchasing an undeveloped, treed lot near Barry’s Bay, ON, we entered into discussions with the Howard Construction Group to help us with the development of the property.  After several meetings, we decided to move forward with Trevor Howard and his team.  Not having any experience developing or building, we were immediately impressed with Trevor’s knowledge and experience as it related to developing the property from scratch, as well as the various steps involved in obtaining permits, sourcing reputable sub-contractors and local vendors.  Not long after, we had a cleared and levelled lot, double access driveway, full septic system, water and electrical. However, perhaps the most impressive of all their efforts was a small four season cabin that was built from milled wood from our property.  What an excellent opportunity to repurpose nature’s resources – a fantastic idea!  Trevor took the time to guide us through each of the steps and shared his ideas that proved to be successful.  All in all, we were very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail and would not hesitate to recommend him.
